Jazz en Chœur

Étri Fournié sang as a tenor choir member for a jazz concert. The choir was conducted by Aline Rico, featuring the popular music workshop led by Alex Augé, and Julien Farré on drums. The concert opened up with a handful of hits from Carmina Burana by Carl Orff, taking the audience by surprise. The famous cantata was followed up by a performance of A Little Jazz Mass by Bob Chilcott. The performance concluded with a vast array of modern popular repertoire, including but not limited to, My Funny Valentine (Richard Rodgers), What A Wonderful World (Louis Armstrong), Africa (Toto), Think (Aretha Franklin), Lunch (Billie Eilish), The Way (Meshell Ndegeocello).
